BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COVIMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the ofior of Carl
Leigh in the sum of ;200.00 for the purchase of Lots Nos. 11 and 12 in Block No.
6 of whittemore's 'west End Addition as shown by plat recorded in Plat Book "A"
pages 56 and 57, McCracken County Court Clerks office, :;50.00 of the purchase
price to be paid in cash and the balance at the rate of x.25.00 per month with 6%
interest; and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, for
and on behalf of the City of Paducah, proper instruments of conveyance to said
property.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
