SIDE OF THE INTERSECTION OF MADISON STREET, FROM THE NORTH SIDE OF THE INTERSECTION OF MADISON STREET TO THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE INTERSECTION OF CLAY STREET, AND FROM THE NORTH SIDE OF THE INTERSECTION OF PARK AVENUE TO THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE INTER- SECTION OF PALM STREET; REGULATING THE SAME; PRESCRIBING THE PENAL Tl FOR ANY VIOLATION THEREOF; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IPI CONFLICT THEREWITH BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COM14ISSION•RS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY SECTION 1. That North T•relfth Street from the north side of the intersection of Jefferson Street to the south side of the intersection of liadison Street, from the north side of the intersection of Madison Street to the south side of the intersection of Clay street, and from the north side of the intersection of Park Avenue to the south side of the intersection of Palm Street, be and the same is hereby declared to be and it is established as a boulevard, and all vehicles of every kind approaching said street or boulevard at the intersections of the same shqll come to a complete stop before proceeding to enter or to cross said street or boulevard. SECTION 2. Any person, firm, company or corporation violating the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $5.00 nor more than $20.00 for each violation thereof. SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. SECTION 4.
