HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 12, Page 202, No Ordinance Number202 � AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARY OF THE JUDGE OF THE POLICE COURT OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH; PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT OF SUCH SALARY; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT 9HEREWITH BE IT CHDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COBMdISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the Police Judge of the City of Paducah be paid a salary of $219.50 for his services for the period from December 16 to December 31st, 1950, and beginning on January 1st, 1950 his salary shall be ;x3,660.00 per year payable monthly at the rate of $305.00 per month, and the salary shall be paid to him at the same time and in the same manner as the salaries of other officers and employees of the city are paid. SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith) are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. SECTION 3.
