HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 12, Page 186, No Ordinance Number186 / AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON THE WEST SIDE OF NORTH TENTH STREET FROM BROADWAY TO MONROE STREET; PRESCRIBING THE PENAL Ti FOR VIOLATION THEREOF; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF- PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, company or cor- poration to at any time park or leave standing a vehicle of any kind on the west side of North Tenth Street between Broadway and Monroe Street. SECTION 2. Any person, firm, corporation or company violating the pro- visions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than One Dollar ($1.00) nor more than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) and each time any vehicle is parked on said street shall be construed to be a separate offense. SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. SECTION 4.
