TRACT FOR TIE PURCHASE TIIERECF
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMI-IISSIONERS OF rME CITY OP PADUC AH,
KM,TP MKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of 3truble ';rerneke
:dotor Company in the sum of :,:1,813.38 for the sale of one four wheel drive pick-up
truck complete with oil bath, oil filter, heater, canopy top and spotlight.
SECTIO:? 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized to
enter into and execute, for and on behalf of the City of Paducah, a contract for
the purchase of said truck, provided that said contract may contain such conditi
and covenants which the City Manager may deem necessary.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced at a regular meeting of
the i;oard of Commissioners and remain on file for at least one (1) week for public
inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage.
