T1Iu CITY ;'!RICH IS BOUNDED ON THE EAST BY "C" STREET, Oil THE NORTH BY 227ID STREET, O:; THE iiORTHINET ST BY OHIO STREET, Oil TIIE 11EST BY 2511H STREET, AIID 011 `1HE SOUT-I- EAS'P BY ELI:: STREET; PROVIDING FOR THE SALE THEREON FOR THE SUM OF '?6,930 PURSUANT TO AN OFFER OF SALE HERETOFORE EXECUTED AND DELIVERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH TO alE CITY OF PADUCAH MUNICIPAL HOUSING C01,51ISSION PURSUANT TO AN ORDINAidCE ADOPTED Old JUNE 29, 1950; AN AUTHORIZING ME MAYOR Ai;D TIIE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE ARID DELIVER TO SAID CO_+ii,_ISSIO_t A DEED OF CONVEYAiiCE TO SAID PROPERTY FTIEREAS, pursuant to an ordinance adopted by the Foard of Commissioners on June 29, 1950, the City of Paducah executed and delivered to the City of raducah Municipal Housing Commission an instrument of writing offering to sell the hereinafter described lands to the said Commission for the sum of •;:6,930, provided said Commission exercised the option conferred therein by giving notice of its desire to purchase said property at that price and by paying the total purchase price in cash; and VIFEREAS, the City of Paducah 15unieipal Housing Commission has notified the City of Paducah that it desires to accept the aforesaid offer of sale; NOW THEREFORE, BE I^1 ORDAINED BY 9DE BOARD OF C01MMISSIONERS OF TRE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTiUCRY: SECTIOAl 1. That the City of Paducah, for and in consideration of the sum of -jr5,930 to be paid in cash, sell and convey to the City of Paducah Municipal Housing Commission all of that land belonging to said city within the area bounded on the east by "C" 34.reet, on the north by 22nd Street, on the northwest by Ohio Street, on the west by 25th Street, and on the southeast by Elm Street, sthich lands are more particularly described in the deed to be executed by the City of Paducah to the City of Paducah L:unicipal housing Commission es 3— ed as parcel Ido. 14, Paroel Iio. 14-^ and Carcel No. 14-B, and that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized for and on behalf of the City of Paducah to execute at deliver to said Commission, but without any warranty except to the extet of its authority by law as a city of the seconc; class. SECTIOI? 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from after its adoption.
