SEC TI 07 1.
That an ordinance containinE the title quoted above, which was
adopted by the Board of Commissioners on February 28, 1949, and amended on
October 24, 1950, be and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
