HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 12, Page 146, No Ordinance Number146 AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING `!.r -IE PARKING OF VEHICLES IN PUBLIC ALLEYS IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, AND PRESCRIBING T E PENALTY FOR 9HE VIOLATION THEREOF BE IT ORDAINED BY ME 60ARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for gny person to stop or park a vehicle of any kind in any public alley in the city of Paducah, Kentucky, or to leave a vehicle of any kind unattended in a public alley. Provided, however, trucks or other vehicles in v°rhich commercial commodities are transported may be stopped or parked in a public alley while being loaded or unloaded but only for such time as may be usual and reasonable for loading or unloading the same. SECTION 2. Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than Five (;35.00) Dollars and not more than Taenty ($20.00) Dollars for each offense. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
