AN ORDINANCE APPROVING TIIE FINAL REPORT OF TIME PADUCAH PLANNING AND ZONING
COLaIISSION RESPECTING THE REVISED PLAT OF RIVER OAKS, A SUBDIVISION IN THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND APPROVING SAID PLAT.
IMEREAS pursuant to action of this Board and the Paducah Planning and
Zoning Commission there has heretofore been approved and recorded in Plat Book
D page 76, in the office of the Clerk of McCracken County Court a plat of
property known as "River Oaks", located in the City of Paducah, Kentucky in the
vicinity of 32nd Street and Minnich Avenue, and
WHEREAS it has been discovered that the said plat is deficient with respect
to certain engineering data, and
ITHEREAS a revised plat with suitable corrections has been submitted to the
said Commission and has been approved by that body in the resolution referred
to hereinafter,
N04 THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COld.-IISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning and Zoning
Commission on December 28, 1953, entitled: "A RESOLUTION RESPECTING THE REVISED
PLAT OF RIVER OAKS, A SUBDIVISIO? IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY", be approved
as the final report of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth.
SECTION 2. That the aforesaid revised plat be, and it is hereby, approved,
and it shall be considered and treated as a substitute for the original, and
the property embraced therein is hereby declared to be subdivided as shown
thereon.
SECTIOTT _ That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance
shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the
deficiency or invalidity of suc} section, paragraph or provision shall not
affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose
and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section_, paragraph and
provision hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date on which the aforesaid revised plat is lodged for record in the
office of the Clerk of the McCracken County Court.
