AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF TIE PADUCAH PLANNING AND ZONING
C01,1ISSION RESRECTING THE REZONING OF PROPERTY ON THE NORTH SIDE OF MINNICH AVEN
BETWEEN 32ND STREET AND THE CITY BOUNDARY AND AKENDING THE PADUCAH ZONING
ORDINANCE SO AS TO EFFECT SUCH REZONING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C01-11ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTIO14 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning and Zoning
Commission on December 17, 1953, entitled: "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL
REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING AI4D ZONING C01-2-1133ION ON THE PROPOSED REZONING
OF PROPERTY ON THE NORTH SIDE OF N INNICH AVENUE BET?IEEH 32ND STREET AND THE CITY
BOUNDARY," be approved as the final report of said Commission respecting the
matters therein set forth.
SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the following property be,
and it is hereby, changed from R-1 to R-3:
Beginning at a point in the south line of
I•iinnich Avenue which lies 625 feet north 42
degrees 43 minutes 42 seconds east from the
intersection of said line with the city boundary;
thence north 46 degrees 45 minutes east 50 feet
to a point in the north line of Minnich Avenue;
thence north 11 degrees 44 minutes 48 seconds west
along the city boundary 406 feet to a point; thence
north 87 degrees 15 minutes 12 seconds east along
said city boundary 128.21 feet to a point; thence
south 3 degrees 54 minutes 221 seconds east 256.73
feet to a point; thence south 46 degrees 45 minutes
east 107.39 feet to a point in the south line of
Minnich Avenue; thence south 42 degrees 43 minutes
42 seconds west along said south line of-•-innich
Avenue to the beginning.
SECTIOII 3. That the Paducah Zoning Ordinance and the map referred to in
Section 13 thereof entitled "CITY OF PADUCAH PLAN -ZONING MAP" be, and they are
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
change provided for in Section 2 hereof.
SECTTION 4. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this
ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause,
the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not
affect any ohher section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose
and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and pro-
vision hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions.
SECTIOi1 5_ That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
