AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FILIAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING AID ZONING
COI•I'•IISSION RESPECTING THE REZONING OF PROPERTY ON THE EAST SIDE OF BETHEL STREET
BETWEEN PARKER AND DIVISION STREETS AND ADIENDING THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE SO
AS TO EFFECT SUCH REZONING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CODWISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a Resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning and Zoning
Commission on December 17, 1953, entitled: "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL
REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING AND ZONING COI�7dI33ION ON THE PROPOSED REZONING OF
PROPERTY ON THE EAST SIDE OF BETHEL STREET BETWEEN PARKER AND DIVISION STREETS",
be approved as the final report of said Commission respecting the matters therein
set forth.
SECTION 2. That the zone classification:of the following property be, and it
is hereby, changed from R-3 to B-3:
Bwginning at the intersection of the cneter lines
of Bethel and Division Street; thence south with
the center line of Bethek Street to the center
line of Parker Street; thence east with the
center line of Parker Street to the City boundary;
thence north with the City boundary and a straight
line extension thereof to the center line of
Division Street; thence west with the center line
of Division Street to the beginning.
SECTION 3. That the Paducah Zoning Ordinance and the map referred to in
Section 13 thereof entitled 1PCITY OF PADUCAH PLAN -ZONING I•1AP9t be, and they
are hereby, amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the change provided for in Section 2 hereof.
SECTION Ls.. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance
shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective of invalid for any cause, the
deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not
affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose
and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and
provision hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions.
SECTION 5. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect _"ra_
and after its adoption.
