That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, does hereby authorize the closing of the public alley more particularly described as follows: Said alley extending a distance of approximately 175 feet from the north line of Fulton Street to the south or west line of Blow Avenue and being parallel to Depot Street and west of same, and intersecting the property of Rem Neblett SECTION 2. That the Corporatioj Counsel of the City of Paducah is hereby authorized, empowered and directed to institute, pursuant to the provisions of KFIS 94..360 (2) a suit for a judgment authorizing the closing of said alley. S_ECTIOid__3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
