Aid ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF 1x5,500.00 FROM, THE
CONTINGENT FUND, ACCOUNT NO. 1500 OF THE 1953 APPORTIOP@TENT ORDIP?`?C ,
TO ACCOUNT NO. 4200 PARKS (WHITE) OF THE SAi.E ORDI'IIAITCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COI41,1ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, transfer from the
Contingent Fund, account No. 1500, the sma of ;)5,500.00 which was
appropriated to the Contingent Fund, to Account No. 4200, Parks (:shite)
for use for general park purposes.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to cause to be
published in the Sun -Democrat a notice of the introduction of this
ordinance and the proposal to make the aforesaid transfer, said notice
to be published at least one (1) meek before this ordinance shall be
put upon its final passage.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on
fila for public inspection until the notice of the transfer of funds as
provided herein shall have been published as required by lazy, and shall
be put upon its final passage after such publication.
