OF 28TH AND JACKSON STREETS, AI`ID AIENDING THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE SO AS TO EFF SUCH UMH1II:G BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF 001,11ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That a Resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning and Zoning Commission on November 19, 1953, entitled: "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FILIAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLAIMING AND ZONING CON-iISSION ON THE PROPOSED REZONING OF PROPERTY ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF 28TH AND JACKSON STREETS", be approved as the final report of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth. SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the following property be, and it is hereby, changed from R-2 to B-1: Beginning at the intersection of the center lines of 28th and Jackson Streets; -thence Last with the center line of Jackson Street 130 feet; thence at right angles south 200.25 feet to the center line of an alley; thence west with center line of said alley to the center line of 28th Street; thence north with center line of 28hh street to the beginning. SECTION 3. That the Paducah Zoning Ordinance and the map referred to in Section 13 thereof entitled "CITY OF PADUCAH PLAIT - ZONING 7-111 be, and they are hereby, amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 2 hereof. SECTION 4. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions.
