That a Resolution adopted by the Paducah Plqnning and Zoning Commission on Iiovember 19, 1953, entitled: "A RESOLUTION: CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING AND ZONING CO11•:ISSIOV. ON T113 PROPOSED REZO?TING OF PROPERTY ON THE SOUTHITST COPadER OF 4^1H AND HUSBANDS STREZTSTi, be approved as the final report of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth. SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the following property be, and it is hereby, changed from C-1 to B-1: Beginning at the intersection of the center lines of 4th Street and Husbands Street- thence south with the center line of 4th Street 108.67 feet; thence at right angles west 206.25 feet; thence at right ang les north 108.67 feet to the center line of Husbands Street, thence east with the center line of Husbands Street to the beginning. SECTION 3. That the Paducah Zoning Ordinance and the map referred to in Section 13 thereof entitled ''CITY OF PADUCAH PLAIT - ZONING MAP", be, and they are hereby, amended to the extent and ;_,i the respects necersgry to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 2 hereof. SECTIO-'. L. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions. SECTIOIT 5.
