BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COTKTSSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
h.ENTUCI{Y:
SECTION 1. That this Board accept in behalf of said City an
easement for sewer purposes across the property of Thomas and Irene llynn
on Fourth Street near Husbands Street, as described in a deed executed by said
parties in favor of said City dated November 17, 1953•
SECTION 2. That said deed be lodged for record in the office of
the Clerk of the :cCracken County Court.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
