HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 12, Page 1341, No Ordinance Number131; a AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF LEROY DAILEY FOR THE PURCHASE FROi;: THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, OF UNIT '112 OF THE RHODES-BROADY COURT BUILDINGS; PRESCRIBING THE TER143 AND CONDITIONS OF THE SALE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COM,1ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUC.IH, KENTUCKY; SECTION 1. That the bid of Leroy Dailey for the purchase of Unit 11I17 of the Rhodes -Broady Court buildings in the sum of 266.50 be accepted. SECTION 2. The terms and conditions of such sale are that the entire Purchase price of V266.50 be paid in cash and that the purchaser agree to remove said building completely from the site within thirty (30) days after this date and that he agree that same shall not be replaced or re -erected within the corporate limits of the City of Paducah, Kentuchy" The purchaser shall be required to furnish s satisfactory policy or Policies of insurance protecting and indemnifying the City against the claim or claims of any person or persons caused by the dismantling and/or removing of said building from the site. SECTIOiI 3. Upon payment of the aforesaid sum of 9266.50 to the City, the 1,ayor and City Clerk are by this ordinance authorized to execute a bill of sale to said purchaser conveying said building. SECTION 1r.
