That Section 39-A be added to the ordinance entitled as quoted in the title of this ordinance, which :,:as adopted by the Board of Commissioners on September 12, 1950, and which Section 39-A shall read as follows: "SECTION 39-A. All terms, provisions and conditions of this ordinance'sliall apply to the users of gas known as "Bottled Gas" and "Tank gas" dispensed from tanks or other storage means within the City of Paducah, Kentucky". SECTION 2.
