THE RHODES-BROADY COURT BUILDING; PRESCRIBING THE TERKS AND CONDITIONS
OF THE SALE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COIiQ:SSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KHAITUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the bid of Charley IdcGuire for the purchase of
Unit IVI of the Rhodes -Broady Court buildings in the sum of V1j50.00
be accepted.
SECTION 2. The terms and conditions of such sale are that
the entire purchase price of .;;50.00 be paid in cash and that the pur-
chaser agree to remove said building completely from the site within
thirty (30) days after this date and that he agrees that same shall
not be replaced or re -erected within the corporate limits of the
City of Paducah, Kentucky.
The purchaser shall be required to furnish a satisfactory
policy or policies of insurance protecting and indemnifying the City
against the claim or claims of any person or persons caused by the
dismantling and/or removing of said building from the site.
SECTION 2. Upon payment of the aforesaid sum of ;)50.00 to the
City, the Mayor and City Clerk are by this ordinance authorized to
execute a bill of sale to said purchaser conveying said building.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
