AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF AN EASEMENT FOR
SEWER PURPOSES UPON CERTAIN PROPERTY OPINED BY ALBERT FRANK HAYDEN AND HIS
WIFE, IVILMA JUNE HAYDEN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, purchase
from Albert Frank Hayden and his wife, Wilma June Hayden, an easement for
sewer purposes over and upon the following land in Paducah, Kentucky:
A strip of land 25 feet in width and 400 feet long
and beginning at a point on the west line of McGuire
Avenue 525.£3 feet south of the Hinkleville Road;
thence westwardly and parallel with the Hinkleville
Road 400 feet; thence southwardly and parellel with
McGuire Avenue 25 feet; thence easttrardly and parallel
with Hinkleville Road 1.00 feet to a point on the east
line of McGuire Avenue; thence northwardly with the
west line of McGuire Avenue 25 feet to the point of
beginning.
The purchase price for said easement is the sum of ;)1.00.00, and
the City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to issue a check of the
City of Paducah in the sum of 5400.00 to the order of Albert Frank Hayden and
wife, Wilma June Hayden, the same to be charged to the Easement Acquisition
Account under Project No. KY 15 -CF -8.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
