PURPOSES UPON CERTAIN PROPERTY OVINED BY IS&AC L. WATSON
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COI,u•iISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, purchase
from Isaac L. Watson, an easement for sever purposes over and upon
the following land in Paducah, Kentucky:
A strip of land 25 feet aide and 400 feet long
and beginning at a point on the west line of McGuire
Avenue 550.8 feet south of the Hinkleville Road;
thence westwardly and parallel with Hinkleville
Road 400 feet; thence southwardly and parallel with
IlcGuire Avenue 25 feet; thence eastwardly and parallel
with Hinkleville Road 400 feet to a point on the west
line of McGuire Avenue; thence northwardly with the
west line of McGuire Avenue 25 feet to the point of
beginning.
The purchase price for said easement is the sum of N375.00,
and the City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to issue a
check of the City of Paducah in the sura of %D75-00 to the order of
Isaac L. Watson, the same to be charged to the Easement Acquisition
Account under Project No. KY 15 -CF -8/
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
