PURPOSES UPON CERTAIN PROPERTY OWNED BY WILLIAM EATON, M. D.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C0I11f.ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION I. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, purchase
from William Eaton, Ai. D. an easement far server purposes over and
upon the following land in Paducah, Kentucky:
A strip of land 50 feet in vridth and 350 feet in
length and beginning at a point on the east.line of
Cruse Avenue 525.8 feet south of the Hinkleville
Road; thence eastwardly and parallelvrith the
Hinkleville Road 350 feet; thence southwardly and
parallel with Cruse Avenue 50 feet; thence west-
wardly and parallel with Hinkleville Road 350
feet to a point on the east line of Cruse Avenue;
thence northwardly with the east line of Cruse
Avenue 50 feet to the point of beginning.
The purchase price for said easement is the sum of }1800.00,
and the City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to issue a
check of the City of Paducah in the stun of 51800.00 to the order of
William Eaton, I.% D., the same to be charged to the Easement
Acquisition account under Project No. KY 15 -CF -8.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
