DAVIS AND WIFE, CLARA DAVIS, A DEED UNDER WHICH A STRIP OF LAND THIRTY FEET IN WIDTH OVER THE PROPERTY OF LEE H. DAVIS AND CLARA DAVIS ADJOINING DIVISION STREET IN PADUCAH, ILENTUCKY, HAS BEEN DEDICATED FOR USE AS A PUBLIC STREET BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COP11ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That theCity of Paducah, Kentucky, accept from Lee H. Davis and wife, Clara Davis, their deed of dedication under which a certain strip of ground thirty (30) deet in width over their property adjoining Division Street has been dedicated for use as a public street, which strip of land is more particularly described as follows, to -wit: A strip of ground 30 feet in width extending completely along the south side of the property now owned by Lee H. & Clara Davis and extending from the east property line of the Old Mayfield Road eastwardly to the I. c. R. R. Right-of-way. Said 30 foot strip of ground is hereby deeded to the City of Paducah for the purpose of widening the present 30 foot street known as Division Street to a width of 60 feet. Being a part of the same property conveyed to Lee H & Clara Davis by the Citizens Savings Bank by Deed dated January 25, 194.6, and recorddd in Deed Book 241 page 222 in the PIcCracken County Court Clerk's 6ffice. SECTION 2.
