AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON EITHER SIDE
OF BROADWAY BETWEEN FIRST STREET AND SEVENTH STREET BETWEEN THE HOURS
OF 2:00 A.M. AND 6:00 A.M. SEVEN DAYS A WEEK; PRESCRIBING THE PENALTY
FOR VIOLATION THEREOF; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C01,11ISSIONER3 OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH"
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, company
or corporation to at -,any time between the hours of 2:00 A.M. and 6:00
A.A'i. seven days a week, to park or leave standing a vehicle of any kind
on either side of Broadway between First Street and Seventh Street in
the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
SECTION 2. Any person, firm, company or corporation violating
the provisions of thus ordinance shall be fined not less than 61.00
nor more than ;;25,00, and each time any vehicle is parked in violation
of Section 1 herein shall be construed to be a separate offense.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in'conflict
herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
