HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 12, Page 1313, No Ordinance Number1313 x AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON EITHER SIDE OF JEFFERSON STREET BETWEEN 8TH STREET AND 9TH STREET; PRESCRIBING THE PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF.AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, company or corporation to, at any time, park or leave standing a vehicle of any kind on either side of Jefferson Street between 8th street and 9th Street in the City of Paducah, Kentucky. SECTION 2. Any person, firm, company or corporation violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than $1.00 nor more than $25.00 for each offense, and each time any vehicle is parked in violation of Section 1 hereof shall be considered a separate offense. SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. SECTION 4.
