LOUIS RAILWAY THE _AUTHORITY TO CONSTRUCT A SPUR TRACK ACROSS TENNESSEE STREET 135 FEET WEST.OF SECOND STREET.IN PADUCAH, KEN7UCKY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE'BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1.. .There is hereby granted.to the Nashville, Chattanooga and St. Louis Railway the authority to construct a spur track across Tennessee .Street 135,.feet•west of Second Street in Paducah, Kentucky in accordance with the drawing hereto attached and made a part hereof as fully as if embraced herein. SECTION 2. It shall be the duty of the Nashville, Chattanooga and St. Louis Railway to maintain the portion of the street, sidewalk and curb between the rails of said spur track and two (2) feet on the outside of each rail where it crosses said Tennessee Street and keep the same in good, passable condition and repair.
