APT ORDINANCE CONSENTING TO AND APPROVING THE SALE AIID TRANSFER

COMPANY, A CORPORATIOPI OF THE STATE OF KENTUCKY, OF ALL RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES
HELD BY THE SAID MARY DERONDA RIEKE UNDER AND PURSUANT TO AN ORDINANCE ENTITD,'D:
"AAT ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, TO
SELL A FRANCHISE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASER TO MAINTAIN AND OPERATE T:

also undor the aforesaid supplemental contracts, for the unexpired period of said
franchise from and after this date.
SECTIO.1 2. That the City of Paducah does hereby approve the aforesaid Fo r-
formanee bond in the sum of Five Thousand (;;5,000) Dollars, together witl the lia-
bility and indemnity insurance policies which have been submitted to the City of
Paducah by the Paducah mus Company, the liability thereunder to be effective from
and after this date.
SECTIO13 3. That the said ;:,ary Deronda Rieke doing business under the firm
name of the Paducah Bus Company, be released and discharged from all liability upon
her bond in the sum of Five `Thousand (;5,000) Dollars on account of any claim arisi
thereunder.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall 're in full force and effect from and after
its adoption.
