That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Plannin^ and Zoning Commission on July 16, 1953, entitled: "A RESOLUTION CO1'?STI`.CUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF TIIE PADUCAH PLA1\TTII1TG AND ZOPIIIIG COI--11ISSION ON THE PROPOSED REZOIIING OF PROPERTY BOUNDED BY THIRD STREET, GEORGE STREET, FOURTH STREET AiD HUSBANDS STREET", be approved as the final report of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth.. SECTION 2, That the zone classification of the followii r3 property be, and. it is hereby, changed from R-3 to I•I-1• The property bounded by the center lines of the following streets: Third street on the east; George street on the south; Fourth street on the wrest; Husbands street on the north. SECTION 3, That the Paducah Zoning Ordinance and the map referred to in Section 13 thereof entitled "CITY PLAN-ZOi'IING AiAP", be, and they are hereby, amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 2 hereof. SECTION L. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance shall be Pound to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for am, cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions. SECTION 5.
