AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF JOE M. YTIGGINS FOR THE PURCHASE
FROM THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, OF A HOUSE AND LOT AT THE SOUTHEAST
CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF 8TH STREET AND MONROE STREET IN PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY; PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SALE
BE I^1 ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C01,1IISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the bid of Joe M. Iliggins in the sum of .;2000.00
for the purchase of a lot and house owned by the City at the southeast
corner of the intersection of 8th street and Monroe street in Paducah,
Kentucky, fronting 25.33 feet on the east line of 8th street and extending
back with the south line of Korroe street 166 feet, more or less, to a
point in a private alley or drivemay, be accepted.
SECTION 2. The terms and conditions•of such sale are that the
entire purchase price of 02000.00 be paid in cash, and that the purchases
be required to remove from said lot all structures situated thereon within
180 days from the effective date of this ordinance.
SECTIO_: 3_ Upon payment of the aforesaid stun of {?2000.00 to the City,
the Mayor and City -Clerk are by this ordinance, authorized to execute a deed
to said purchaser, conveying said land to him.with no warranty as to title,
and subject to any state of fact that might be revealed by an accurate survey
of said property.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
