BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COPMSSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCI{Ya
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Lyle
Signs, Incorporated for the sale to the City of Paducah of street name
signs, galvanized posts and assemblies as follows:
290 street name plates >1.25 each
134galvanized posts (new) 211 Standard
approximately 104691 long 5.48 each
63 two-v..,ay bracket assemblies 3.60 each
All prices are f.o.b. Paducah, Kentucky. Terms
30 days net. Delivery can be made vrithin time
specified in notice..
SECTION 2. That the City I'danager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to enter into a contract for the purchase of same:
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on
file for public inspection for at least one (1) week in the completed
form it which it shall be put upon its final passage.
