SALE TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH OF A PACKER -TYPE REFUSE COLLECTION BODY, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT TO PURCHASE SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COP11ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Road Builders
Equipment Company for the sale to the City of Paducah of One (1) 12 Cu. Yd.
Leach Packmaster Body Complete, Painted, mounted on truck to be furnish ed by
the City and delivered to the City of Paducah, Kentucky for the sum of {13,995.00.
SECTION 2. That the'iayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter
into a contract for the purchase of same.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for
public inspection for at least one (1) meek in the completed form in which it
shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted s hall be in full force and
effect ten (10) days thereafter.
