AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT TO PURCHASE SM -M
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COI-n•IISSIOIIERS OF THE CITY OP PADUCAII,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. '.That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Peters i-io'to-r
Company in the amount of :,,3,226.00 for sale to the City of two (2) 1953 Ford
•iainline, Fordor sedans, balck color, 1•:otor-8 cylinder, equipped with oil filter,
oil bath air cleaner, heater and defroster, turn indicator, heavy duty strings,
heavy duty clutch, heavy duty shock absorbers.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby authorized to enter into
a contract with said Peters Kotor Company for the purchase of said cars as set
out in Section 1 hereof, and as described in the bid of said company dated
Judy 25, 1953.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file
for public inspection for at least one (1) week in the completed form in which
it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force
and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
