AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYI�'"iEIdT TO t ILSON MIACISNERY AND SUPPLY
COMPANY, INCORPORATED IN THE SUM OF .03,601.00 AS BALANCE OF THE CONTRACT PRICE
OF ONE (1) OIIE-HALF CUBIC YARD BACKHOE AND DRAGLINE COMBINATION
WHEREAS, on June 19, 1952, the City of Paducah, Kentucky entered into
a lease contract with Milson IJachinery & Supply Company, Incorporated for the lease
of one (1) Link -Belt Speeder, Model LS -51 one-half cubic yard Trench Hoe at a
monthly rental of N500.00, and said lease contract granted to the City an option
to purchase same for the sum of ;14,129.00 at any time after six (6) months with a
on said purchase price of 94;0 of all the rental paid; and
WHEREAS, fourteen (14) of said monthly rental payments of ;500.00 have
been paid, leaving a balance of the purchase price in the sum of N3,601.00.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COM-1SSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah pay to ililson I%iachinury and Supply
Company, Incorporated, the sum of ;;3,601.00 as payment in full of the purchase
Price of one (1) Link-Belt::Speeder, i•iodel LS -51 one-half cubic yard Trench Hoe
as provided for in the contract entered into on June 19, 1952, between Wilson
Machinery & Supply Company, Incorporated and the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
and the City Treasurer is authorized and directed to pay said sum to ililson
I+achinery and Supply Company, Incorporated, and charge same toAccount Tdumber 10;
of the Apportionment Ordinance for the year 1953.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for
Public inspection for at least one week in the completed form in which it
shall be put upon its final passage.
