THE SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE 750 GALLON TRIPLE COMBINATION PUP�IPIHG ENGINE, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT TO PURCHASE SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COEII%iISSIONERS OF THE EITY OF PADUCAU,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Peter
Pirsch & Sons Company in the amount of 517,000.00 for the sale to the
City of One (1) Model 64AZ, 750 Gallon Triple Cpmbination Pumping Engine
with 200 HP motor as per specifications attached to said Company's bid
dated July 1, 1953•
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized
to enter into a contract for the purchase of said fire truck.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on
file for public inspection for at ;east one (1) week in the completed
form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted
shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
