All ORDINA1110E ACCEPTING THE BID OF KRUG-THOMAS TRUCK AND TRACTOR C014PA11Y
FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF PADUCAII OF CHASSIS FOR PACKER TYPE GARBAGE BODY,
A14D AUTHORIZING THE 14AYOR TO CONTRACT TO PURCHASE SAID
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COIL' ISSIOHERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY;
SECTIOK 1. That the City of Paducah accept -the bid of Krug -Thomas Truck
£c Tractor Company for the sale to the City of Paducah of one (1) International
Conventional type Chassis Pio. R-182 for the sum of :,2,795.00, said chassis
having a G. V. W. rating of 21000 pounds, and to conform to all specifications
as set forth in the request for bids.
SECTION 2. That the Pdayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into
a contract for the purchase of said Chassis.
SECTIOI? 3. This ordinance shall b -e introduced and remain on file for
public inspection for at least one (1) meek in the completed form_ in which it
shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and
effect ten (10) days thereafter.
