THE PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IIT CONFLICT

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COI-MISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUC KY:
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, company, or
corporation, vA-iile driving a vehicle Brest of Kentucky Avenue to make a left
hand turn into South Sixth Street.
SECTION 2. Any person, firm, company or corporation violating the
provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than -olive Dollars (;,5.00)
nor more than Twenty-five Dollars (}25.00) and each time such violation occurs sha
be construed as a separate offense.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
