SECTIOJI 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Ilenry
A. Petter Supply Company for the sale to the City of Paducah of fire
hose as follows:

SECTIOI! 2. That the viayor be, and, he is hereby, authorized
to enter into a contract for the purchase of said fire hose. Said
contract to contain all of the teras and conditions set out in said
Company 's bid dated July 1, 1953.
SECTIOI:r 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain o n
file for Public inspection for at least one (1) week in the completed
from in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted
shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
