That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, purchase from Fred Biles and his wife, Tuzla ;Miles, an easement for sewer purposes over and upon the following described land situated in Paducah, Kentucky: A triangular shaped piece of land, being a part of Black 50, as recorded in Plat Bood Z, pages 270 and 271. Beginning at the northeast corner of the intersection of 1;eGuire Avenue and Trimble Street, thence east, along the north property line of Trimble Street a distance of 46.92 feet; thence north and at right angles to Trimble Street a distance of 92.35 feet to the east property line of I.IoGaire Avenue; thence south along the east property Zine of HCC- ire Avenue 103.58 feet to the point of beginning. Being a part of the property conveyed to Fred Miles and wife, Tula Biles, by deed dated October 14, 1916, recorded in Deed Book 162, page 539, NoCracken County Court Clerks Office. The purchase price for said easement is the sum of .50.00, and the City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to issue a check of the City of Paducah in the sum of $50.00 to the order o,, '.Py -ed Miles and his wife, Tu1Ia i;iles in f%ll payment of such easement, the same to be charged to the easement acquisition account under Project Ky 15 -CF -8.
