SECTIQ+J 1. 27tat the City of Paducah accepts the bid of 1 ilam
1:otorcycle Shop in the amounat of ;,.1, 718,25, less ; 300.00 for trade-in
of one 1950 Police i•otorcycle, making the total delivered cost
418.25, for the sale to the City of one (1) Standard Police
f•otorcycle, equipped with police radio and windshield.
S,7=01.1 2. That the 1,ayor be, and he is hereby, authorized
to enter into a contract for the purchase of said motorcycle as set
out in Section 1 hereof.
SECTIOW 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on
file for public y7is7jection for at least one (1) week in the completed
form in which it shall be put -upon its final passage, and shall be in
full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
