VEHICLE
WHEREAS, ,the City Ilanager is not furnished a motor vehicle
by the City of Paducah for use in carrying out the duties of his office,
and
W12 REAS, the City Aanager.will be furnishing his own motor
vehicle for use on city business and will be expected to continue to
do do, and
WIEREAS, it is believed that the City Iianager should receive
a monthly allowance for the useof his own personal motor vehicle in
lieu of one furnished for.that purpose by the City of Paducah,
i✓OFI TSEREFORE, BE IT ORDAIATED BY TSE BOARD OF cafflISSIONERS OF
THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KEI✓TUCKY.
SECTIOII 1. That the City ilanager be,, and he is hereby, authorized
to be paid from the General Funds out of the Miscellaneous Account, the
sum of One bdndred (,'100.00) Dollars per month for the use of his own
Private motor vehicle in the performance of his duties as City ilanager,
and is in lieu. of all other transportation expenses except business trips
a way from, the City of Paducah. Payment of said monthly expense sum
shall continue as long as the City Iianager maintains and uses his private
motor vehicle in the conduct of his office, or until this ordinance is
repealed, amended or modified. Payments shall be made as of the close
of each calendar month.
SECTIOII R. This ordinance shall be in „1211 ,'ogee and effect
from and after its adoption.
