CIVIL SERVICE ORDINANCE", WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE B04RD OF COWUSSION
ERS ON DECEMBER 2, 1947 AND AMENDED ON JUNE 9, 1953
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COWJISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PAD=4H, KENTUCKY:
SECTION l.- That Section 8-B of the "Appointive Employees Civil
Service Ordinance". which was adopted on December 2, 1947 and amended
on June 9, 1953, be further amended and reordained so that said Section
as amended and reordained shall read as follows: 'AMEN[
"SECTION 8-B There is hereby authorized and created the following
positions in the Public Works Department, heretofore known as the
Street Department, and the salary of each position, provided
the amount of such salary is not changed under any apportionment
ordinance hereafter adopted hall be as follows:

SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
