SUPPLY CORPORATION FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH OF A BACKFILL
TAMPER, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT 217 PURCHASE SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Brandeis
Machinery & Supply Corporation for the sale to the City of Paducah
of One (1) Size GT34 Ingersoll-Rand Triplex Backfill Tamper for the
sum of $745.00.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized
to enter into a contract for the purchase of said tamper. Said
contract to Contain all of the terms and conditions set out in said
Companyta bid dated July 9, 1953.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
