S30TI011 1. That the City of Paducah authorize the City
Engineer to grant to the Western Kentucky Gas Company a permit to lay
a gas main in the east grass plot of Bloomfield Avenue, beginning
at the intersection of ii;Idred Street and running in a northwardly
direction approximately 150 feet. Said permit shall be granted upon,
condition that said company comply with.all the p•'novisions of an
ordinance entitled: "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING TFC DIGGING, OPENING
OR EXCAVATING IN ANY STREET, SIDEWALK, GRASS PLOT, ALLEY OR OTHER
PUBLIC WAY OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH-, KENTUCKY, AND FIXING 2-71E PENALTY
FOR ANY VIOLATION THEREOF", which was adopted on September 4, 1946,
as amended thereafter, and also with the provisions of another
ordinance entitled: "All ORDINANCE FU^THER REGULATING THE DIGGING,
OPENING OR EXCAVATING IN A?1Y STREET, SID91-rtW, GRASS PLOT, ALLEY OR
OTHER PUBLIC WAY IN THE CITY OF PADUCAil, KENTUCKY, AND FIXING THE
PENAL -7f FOR ANY VIOLATION THEREOF", which was adopted on June 17, 1947.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
