FROls" THE PADUCAF POLICE COURT TO WORIF UPON THE STREETS, ALLEYS OR
ANY PUBLIC WORK OF THE CITY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PAYOR AND COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH:
SECTI0111. That any person who may be fined in the Paducah
Police Court and committed to the City Prison or County Jail in
default of the payment of such fine or cost,. shall be required to
work upon the streets, alleys or any ,public work of the City of
Paducah until such fine or cost is paid at the rate of Two Dollars
per day.
SECTIO11 2. That any person sentenced to imprisonment in the
City Prison or County Jail by the Paducah Police Court, shall be
required to work upon the streets, alleys or any public work of the
City of Paducah during such imprisonment.

from and after its final Passage.
