SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept a sewer line
easement executed byiYcCracken County, Kentucky granting t'o the
City of Paducah certain rights in, over and through its property
at 30th and rionroe Streets in Paducah, Kentucky for use in, the
construction, maintenance and operation of sewer lines to serve
said area. A copy of which if filed herewith and made a part
of this ordinance to the same extent as if fully copied herein.
SECTION R. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
