AN ORDINANCE AUMORIZING THE CORPORATION COUNSEL TO INSTUTUTE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COiL,ISSIONERS OF T11E CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah does hereby authorize
the closing of all that portion of Aason Street west of 27th Street
and the alley west of 27th Street half way between Ross Avenue and
1ason Avenue in the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
SECTION 2. That- the Corporation Counsel of the City .of
Paducah is.hereby authorized and empowered to institute, pursuant;
to the provisions of &RS 94.360, a suit for. a decree ordering the
closing of said street and alley.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in fall force and effect,
from and after its adoption.
