DATED MAY 29, 1953, BETWEEN THE PADUCAH AND ILLINOIS RAILROAD
COMPANY, PARTY OF THE FIRST PART AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,
PARTY OF THE SECOND PART, GRANTING THE CITY OF PADUCAH A LICENSE
AND PERMISSION TO CONSTRUCT AND MAINTAIN A SEWER PIPE LINE ON
PROPERTY OWNED BY THE PADUCAH AND ILLINOIS RAILROAD COIIANY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY.
SECTION I. That Robert C. Cherry, Mayor, be, and he is
hereby, authorized to execute an Agreement dated May 29, 1953,
between the Paduedzand Illinois Railroad Company, party of the
first part, and the City of Paducah, Kentucky, party of the second
part, granting the license and permission to the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, to construct and maintain a 60 -inch reinforced concrete
storm sewer pipeline (whether one or more pipes hereinafter referred
to as the '!pipe line") across and underneath the waylands and tracks
of the Railroad Company at a point approximately 3180 feet easterly
of Mile Post 10 near Pines Avenue, Paducah, Kentucky, 14'9" from the
center Zine of the existing double 61x6' concrete box unser tracks
at Bridge 10-58.
SECTION,?. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
