BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD Or CO SiISSIO SRS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUC K -f:
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, company or
corporation to park or leave standing a vehicle of any kind on either the north
side or the south side of Broadway between 10th and 11th Streets for a longer
period than one (1) hour between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.ii. on any
days excepting; Sunday.
SECTION 2. Any person, firm, corporation or company violating the
provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than One (•;;>1.00) Dollar
nor more than Wenty-five (;;-25.00) -Dollars, and each time any vehicle is par-
ked on said street for more than one (1) hour during the time prohibited in Sect!
1 hereof shall be construed to be a separate offense.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are, to the extent of such conflict. hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full forge and effect from and
after its adoption.
