HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 12, Page 1173, No Ordinance Number1173 AN ORDINA19CE ACCEPTING CERTAIN SEWER LINE EASEMENTS EXECUTED BY OWNERS OF PROPERTY ON NORTH 32ND STREET IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, FOR USE IN THE CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF SEWER LINES FOR THE PURPOSE OF SERVING THE RESIDENTS IN THAT AREA BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept Sewer Line Easement executed by Pauline and Lee Hobbs and Sewer Line Easement together with accompanying letter, dated May 8, 1953, to the City Manager, signed by Fred Miles and wife, Tula Niles, concerning consideration for same, the respective sewer line easements granting to the City of Paducah certain rights in, over and through their property on North 32nd Street in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, for use in the construction, maintenance and operation of sewer lines to serve said area, a copy of each of which Sewer Line Easements is filed herewith and made a part ofthis ordinance to the same extent as if fully copied herein.
