HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 12, Page 117, No Ordinance NumberAL'- r 11 � 7 AN CR DINANCE PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON THE WEST SIDE OF SOUTH TWELFTH STREET BETPJEEN BROADWAY AND KENTUCKY AVENUE AND ON THE WEST WIDE OF NORTH TENTH STREET FROM BOARDWAY TO MOITROE STREET; PRESCRIBING THE PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES U71 CONFLICT HERE:ITH BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMJISSIONERS OF TAE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, company, or corporation to at any time park or leave standing a vehicle of any kind on the west side of South Twelfth Street between Broadway and Kentucky Avenue, or on the west side of North Tenth Street betr;een Broadway and Monroe Street. SECTION 2. Any person, firm, corporation or company violating the pro- visions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than One Dollar (:;1.00) nor more than Twenty-five Dollars (.;25.00) and each time any vehicle is parked on either of said streets shall be construed to be a separate offense. SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are, to the extent of such.conflict, hereby repealed. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption. -- .
